Job Description
KFC is currently seeking to hire competent, reliable and goal-focused individuals to work as Team Members. The position is open to both full-time and part-time employment seekers
In this position, you’ll handle the preparation and serving of dishes as well as ensure that customers are properly and professionally attended to.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- You’ll be responsible for the effective taking of customers order
- You’ll greet and welcome guests to the restaurant
- You’ll provide guests with the restaurant menu
- You’ll be on hand to respond to guest concerns and inquiries
- You’ll be responsible for the timely and professional fulfilling of customers order
- Foster exceptional customer service delivery
- Comply effectively with the company’s policies and regulations
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct supervisor
